The average desulfurization and dust removal system of each production line is 4 million to 5 million yuan, and the annual operating cost is more than 2 million yuan. Since January 1, 2014, the existing flat glass manufacturers have implemented the "flat glass industry air pollutant discharge standards" (GB26453-2011) (hereinafter referred to as "standards"). The flat glass denitration and dust removal technology combination is exquisite. The denitration device is arranged after the high temperature dust collector, and needs to be denitrated after cooling. According to reports, the core technology of dust reduction and NOX removal in flat glass enterprises is high temperature electric dust removal and selective catalytic reduction. (SCR) denitration technology. At present, SCR technology is mainly used in power plant flue gas denitrification. Due to the particularity of glass furnace flue gas, the flat glass industry has special needs for SCR denitration technology.

Experts said that the glass furnace flue gas contains a large amount of dust, ranging from 200mg/m3 to 280mg/m3, and the dust particle size is small. The dust contains alkali metals and alkaline earth metals which may cause catalyst poisoning, which may easily cause clogging of the catalyst pores. At the same time, Na2SO4 should be added as a clarifying agent in the glass production process, which accounts for about 5% of the total amount of flat glass. The dust in the flue gas contains Na2SO4 particles, which are soluble in water and produce sodium ions, which easily cause poisoning of the catalyst. Therefore, it is considered that after the denitration device is disposed in the high-temperature dust remover, most of the dust is removed and then denitration is performed.

At present, the domestic glass melting furnace exhaust gas temperature is 420 ° C ~ 450 ° C, and the appropriate temperature of the SCR denitration catalyst is 300 ° C ~ 380 ° C, the flue temperature exceeds the high efficiency of the conventional catalyst, the temperature needs to be denitrified after cooling.
