2. Production process

Quilting quality: smooth quilting trajectory, flat and docile, no wrinkle cloth, wireless head, uniform stitching;

Needle quality: no jump stitches, floating needles, missing needles, no off-line;

Sewing quality: The sewing track should be even, straight, firm, and the seams should be flat and uniform, straight and wide, uniform and not hairy.

3. The quilt's buying skills

Touch: Touch the outside of the quilt directly by hand, feel the smoothness and softness of the fabric. If you are not sure, you can touch the quilt at several different prices. You can naturally feel the difference in the fabric;

Pressure: press the various parts of the quilt by hand, the good quilt is even and thin, there will be no knotting phenomenon, and the elasticity is good;

搓: Two hands grasp the inside and outside of the quilt, and use your hands to confront each other. If you feel the fiber inside is smooth, you won’t be a good quilt;

Look: Pick up the quilt, the good quilt is evenly colored and has less impurities.
