The new series was designed by Frida Giannini, creative director of Gucci and produced by Gucci's Italian supplier. Both boys and girls are available in two groups of 0-2 and 2-8 years of age, including clothing, footwear, accessories, gifts and sunglasses.

Users who browse Gucci.com within two weeks of the beginning of December will be given priority to the new Spring/Summer 2011 collection before the product is released at Gucci's direct-sales stores, select specialty stores and department stores.

In the six years of partnership with UNICEF, Gucci has donated more than $9 million in donations. Recently, to celebrate the official launch of the brand children's wear collection, Gucci once again donated US$1 million to UNICEF's “Schools for Africa” program.
