The role of pre-spraying is mainly to remove the floating dust and dirt on the surface of the glass. (2) Regular roller brush maintenance
The key part of the glass cleaning is the roller brush part of the washing machine, which is very important for the regular maintenance of the roller brush. The dust on the surface of the glass, the oil stains, and the paper glue on the glass liner are easily attached to the bristles of the roller brush, and some are hidden in the roots of the bristles. If it cannot be cleaned in time, it will contaminate the surface of the glass being cleaned. Especially for the cleaning of the offline LOW-E glass, it is necessary to pay attention to the regular maintenance of the roller brush. Flush with a high pressure water gun for maintenance. In addition, some vertical washers require a lower portion of the roller brush to wear faster than the upper part after long-term use, and also need to be trimmed.
(3) Re-recognizing the cleaning water
The quality of the cleaning water is directly related to the quality of the cleaning, but this has not been paid enough attention by the insulating glass manufacturers. At present, some insulating glass manufacturers use tap water, well water or ordinary clean water to clean the glass, which is not satisfactory. Because tap water, especially well water, contains a large amount of calcium, magnesium, chlorine ions, when these ions adhere to the glass surface, it will affect the bonding quality of butyl rubber, secondary sealant and glass surface, thus affecting the sealing life of insulating glass. It is easy to cause the seal to fail. Ordinary clean water only filters out particulate impurities in the water and does not remove ions from the water.
The cleaning water for the insulating glass should be deionized water having a conductance of less than 20 gS/cm after being treated by a deionizing water treatment device. If it is processing off-line tempered Law-E insulating glass, the requirements for cleaning water are more stringent. The water in the tank of the washing machine should be replaced frequently to keep it clean. The water in the tank should be cleaned when changing the water to prevent the water supply pump of the tank from bringing these deposits onto the roller brush.
It is strictly forbidden to use detergent in the cleaning water of insulating glass. In addition, from the perspective of economy, the recycling technology for insulating glass cleaning water is worth promoting.
(4) Notable wind knife design and maintenance
There are many domestic glass washers that do not completely blow off the water on the glass surface after cleaning the glass, especially when the speed of the washing machine is faster. This is mainly the design, manufacture and installation adjustment of the glass cleaner air knife. The structure of the air knife of the washing machine, the angle between the air knife and the glass, and the wind power of the air knife are the key factors. In addition, the filter screen of the air inlet of the fan should be cleaned in time. Once the dust enters the fan, it will be difficult to clean it thoroughly. The surface of the glass with water blown by the air knife will cause water on the surface of the glass.
In the production process of insulating glass, it is necessary to check the cleaning effect of the glass frequently. The easy way to recommend is to use the Ha-mark method, which can visually see the cleanliness of the glass surface.
