Lei Zhaohui suggested that, first of all, enterprises should adjust the product structure, abandon low-end, low-end, low-value-added products, and shift to high-end, high-end, and high-value-added products. Third, do a good job of industrial chain integration, establish a close relationship between upstream and downstream, from cotton to the brand, from research and development to sales, and establish strategic partnerships. Fourth, actively expand the marketing area, while not giving up textile and clothing, with the upgrading of traditional industries such as medical, health, construction, and transportation, focusing on the rise of strategic emerging industries such as aerospace, environmental protection, and textile fiber materials. Liu Hua, general counsel of the China Storage Cotton Law, said at the forum that since China joined the World Trade Organization at the beginning of this century, the domestic textile industry has developed rapidly. Rapidly expanding textile production requires large amounts of cotton raw materials. That is, the use of cotton declined year after year, from about 60% at the beginning of this century to about 40%, and annual cotton consumption remained at about 10 million tons for many years. In the last two years, there has been a big difference between China's cotton storage price and international cotton price.
