Wipe ring

The jeweled ring has dust on it, mostly underneath. At this point, use a toothpick or a piece of cotton on a matchstick, damp in a mixture of toilet water, glycerin or magnesium chloride and ammonia, scrub the gemstone and its frame, and then polish the ring with a lint-free cloth. Do not use sharp objects to clean the gemstone and its frame.

Silver jewelry cleaning

Another simple methodology is to apply some correction fluid to the current tissue and then wipe the silver with the correction fluid. You will find that the silver will shine as new.

Wash with soapy water first, and polish with flannel. It can also be washed with hot soapy water. Then apply a paste mixture of ammonia (Ammonia water) and white powder, dry and wipe with a small lint until shiny.
