In order to truly benefit the vast number of exporting enterprises and improve the competitiveness of export products in the international market, from January to August, the Zhangjiagang Inspection and Quarantine Bureau issued 15,224 preferential visas for the textile and garment export enterprises in Zhangjiagang District in accordance with relevant policies. The amount of US$1.27 billion was up 2.6% and 52.5% year-on-year respectively. According to the calculation of the average reduction and exemption tariff of 5%, the tariff of the importing country can be reduced by 410 million yuan.
