The targets for eliminating backward production capacity in 18 industrial sectors are: 26.35 million tons of iron, 26.627 million tons of steel, 18.70 million tons of coke, 1.857 million tons of ferroalloy, 1.375 million tons of calcium carbide, 600,000 tons of electrolytic aluminum, and 291,000 tons of copper smelting. Lead smelting 585,000 tons, zinc smelting 337,000 tons, cement 133.55 million tons, plate glass 26 million weight boxes, papermaking 74.45 million tons, alcohol 42.70 million tons, MSG 83,000 tons, citric acid 14500 tons, 3.97 million tons of leather Zhang, printing and dyeing 1.73 billion meters, chemical fiber 349,700 tons.

Among the aforementioned targets for eliminating outdated production capacity, in terms of regions, steelmaking, steelmaking, coke, plate glass, and papermaking industries in Hebei, Henan, Shandong, and Shanxi provinces are facing more severe tasks of eliminating backward production capacity; Hebei, Shanxi, Liaoning, and Zhejiang provinces The elimination of backward tasks in the cement industry is heavier; the elimination of lagging tasks in printing and dyeing industries in Hubei, Shandong, and Zhejiang provinces is heavier; the ferroalloy industry in Hunan, Inner Mongolia, Guizhou, and other provinces (regions) has a heavier task of eliminating backward production capacity.
