Italian fashion designer Dolce & Gabbana teamed up with Bacardi's Martini Absinthe and launched its first co-branded beverage this month as a rare diversification of these two designers' operations. one.

The Dolce & Gabbana fashion company announced on June 10 that the drinks designed and tested by Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana will be displayed at the upcoming Milan Men's Fashion Week.

Dolce & Gabbana stated in a statement: "As a result of the joint efforts of both parties, this new cooperation project further strengthens the partnership that the two sides started as early as ten years ago."

In the global financial crisis, many fashion companies will expand their business to the areas of jewelry, tableware or hotels, but Dolce & Gabbana's two fashion designer groups are cautious about diversification.

This drink marks Dolce & Gabbana's entry into the wine and spirits industry. This is also their second co-branded product after they launched a mobile phone with Motorola 5 years ago.

As part of a partnership with Martini, designers opened bars and specialty stores in Milan and Shanghai and launched a men's collection.

Bacardi, based in Bermuda, is privately owned and owns the Martini vermouth brand. The company will be responsible for the production and sale of this new beverage.

Dolce & Gabbana will hold the 20th anniversary celebration of the Menswear brand from June 19th to 20th.
